I've always loved doorways and have taken many photos of them in my travels, this one is in a little village of weavers in Jordan. There is inherent mystery in every door...what is behind it, who lives there, where does it lead. I have new doors and still have keys to old doors, it's all a bit of a labyrinth right now but I will find my way.
Meanwhile, at the barn, the consensus seems to be that Miss pulled her right front shoulder muscle. She's been on stall rest for two weeks and seems to be back to about 90%. She's ready to start short sessions on the lunge line but still isn't rideable. My mid-week lesson got cancelled this week so I haven't ridden in way too long, which isn't good for my psyche, riding is the only time when I can shut off all the voices and be in the moment.
